By combining multiple RAW images in varying exposures, you can create a final result that lets you pull details out of your image like never before. Don’t stop there – with multiple rows of stitching, create an extremely high-resolution image with an unmatched shallow depth of field using the Brenizer Method.Ĭreate high dynamic range images in just a few clicks. Produce superb wide-angle shots without warping and distorted corners. This is what they’ve said about the new features so far.īuild stunning panoramic stitches of landscapes, cityscapes, architectural scenes and more with incredible resolution and total detail from edge to edge. Update seems to have fixed the issue. As far as all of the new features coming in Capture One 22, besides the two mentioned above, the only other new one mentioned at the moment is auto-rotate. There was a C1 update this morning which addresses this issue (per the release notes). After doing the merge it sets the value to 100 (see attached) and any value other than that yields the green (or other funky colors) image. When I'm normally working with C/O the highest value for tint is 50. I decided to try a 3 image 3 EV bracket and a 5 image 2 EV bracket with the same result. I'm really thinking either the A7iv or Capture One itself is the issue. I should also note that I tried this on my laptop whereas previously the desktop was what I had used so it shouldn't be related to the machine either. I just imported some photos with the A7iv and A7iii and used identical settings-appears the A7iv is the issue as setting other than the merged color temp and tint at anything other than 100 yields the green hue. Maybe I'll try my A7iii to see if that happens there too. As I mentioned in my 2nd post I'm seeing a similar issue now in Lightroom with some of the merged files (that I merged there) which has me thinking it's either how the A7iv is processing or it's the type of RAW file that the merge doesn't like. I noticed the white balance changed from what I'd shot to custom as well-what's curious about that is I always shoot with a fixed white balance in camera and didn't apply the auto settings. Reading your post got me curious about your problem and thought I’d take a stab at a solution. I’ve used Capture One for several years now, but do very little HDR editing. Trying moving the Tint slider in the White Balance tool. Maybe something happened that moved the "Tint" way to the left towards green. I quickly skimmed through the long one and noted nothing that suggests anything having to do with White Balance. I don't think your shooting in lossless compressed has anything to do with your issues, especially since the outcome is a DNG file, I think. The short one is - the more involved and more detailed one is - the long one is an hour but might reveal some useful info to you. I am going to suggest you listen to two tutorial Capture One videos on HDR merging. I've been shooting in lossless compressed RAW-wonder if that's my issue as I'm now seeming to have similar issues with the HDR merges in Lightroom. Lightroom as I think overall the images look cleaner but this isn't going to be acceptable. I'd love to be able to stay in Capture One vs. I'm having an issue with my A7iv and Capture One 22-any time I do a merge and change the white balance from the default I get the following result. Capture One 22 HDR Merge White Balance/Color Issues.
